Went this past Wednesday and I believe my instructor that time was Macy, so I'm glad I enjoyed both instructors although they're different. Definitely a good hour burn, also greatly appreciate the warm up and wind down. I'm brand new to this type of workout and felt extremely comfortable as a beginner. The instructors both have modified versions to make it more/less intense depending on your body. Huge fan!

I'm not used to going to barre classes where there's 20-30 people, so I didn't particularly like that. However it was a great sweat and workout for the day! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a large barre class. It also seemed like a lot of the class were regular attendees as I only saw myself and a few others have to look at the instructor haha

The entire class welcome me with open arms and kept an eye on me the entire time to make sure I was okay. The class was engaging and challenging but not impossible. She was so sweet and friendly and really took her time breaking down the specific dance moves which was much needed for someone like me who doesn’t pick up the moves first time around. I wish the class was two hours long because class ended just as we got the hang of it! She teaches different styles and this time we learned a Kuwaiti version. I wore workout clothes and yoga socks but next time I’ll bring a scarf to wrap around my hips and maybe some ballet shoes without the grip on the bottom like my socks had.
