see all reviewsInna is truly amazing, and the yin / sound healing combo was deeply relaxing. 💗 This space is my favorite in Amsterdam, possibly even in the entire world. This is such a peaceful environment to integrate such meditative practices. However, it would be wonderful if other participants were more mindful of their surroundings. After a session, some of us need a bit more time to fully land, but the chatter in the room afterward, even in a semi-whisper, can be quite jarring and take away from the serene experience. Perhaps it would be better if conversations were held outside to maintain the calm for everyone?

see all reviewsFun run, especially with the Pride t-shirts and multi-coloured powder! The instructor leading us was definitely at the faster end of the medium pace range (probably 12km/hr) so the group became quite split up. A suggestion for next time could be to have some designated pacers (like 12, 10 and 8km/hr) to keep some groups together. But it was still fab!
