    Best Bodyrok class I’ve ever taken! Gabi was amazing. Workout was hard but not impossible, music was great, and energy was top tier. I also loved that when Gabi made corrections, she turned off her mic so as not to make anyone feel on the spot/embarrassed/uncomfortable. Will absolutely be taking her classes in the future!     Really nice practice and music, with a great instructor. Typical vinyasa flows, lots of core/bridge poses and a shavasana with cold (I think eucalyptus or lavender?) towels. Up one flight of stairs to get in, the studio is clean and gorgeous with a large room and low lighting for the class. There are pre-assigned spots for mats - you can't choose your space via ClassPass, I was stuck by the door which I didn't love. But also for your first class they give a free mat plus two towels for your face and mat. The temperature felt hotter in the room than other similar studios I've been to, but they opened the door a lot.

    Such a fun class! Loved this duo tapping in and out—so much energy and it was so helpful having one teach and the other going around correcting form—new class format maybe??? Only issue was I sometimes had difficulty understanding Kerrie on the mic, but otherwise it was the perfect way to start my day before eating all the Halloween candy tonight!!

    Magic! I approached my session with sore, overworked hips and a generous dose of skepticism that much could be done about it. But after an hour of laying on the PEMF mat, I feel so much better… and the next day, AMAZING! The magnetic field created little twitches in all of the tiny stabilizer muscles and deeply located crevices of my core. Tension in places where I didn’t feel sore responded to the therapy magically with a twitch and release. Now I know where to go when my hips need a tune-up after a series of tough core workouts.

    This was one of my favorite classes I've ever done at Row House. Will gave lots of instruction up front, I'm assuming there were some first timers there--seemed like it would be a great class/instructor for a beginner (and still quite challenging for someone who rows semi regularly). Will was fun and energetic throughout, and really pushed us. Excellent class. Oh, and the music was ON POINT.
