    Vinyasa Flow - All Levels

I recently attended an all-levels yoga class led by Deborah Lee at the Center for Yoga, and it was an exceptional experience. Deborah created a welcoming atmosphere for practitioners of all abilities. Her thoughtful sequencing and clear instructions allowed everyone to engage fully, regardless of their skill level. I left feeling rejuvenated and empowered. I highly recommend Deborah's classes and will certainly return for more sessions!

    FUNDAMENTALS 1

This was a great class/teacher! Brynna was so good at teaching the correct form efficiently and was also super encouraging to everyone, such good energy! I still definitely got a burn in the perfect way even though it’s a fundamental class. Loved everything about it!

    Cardio Latin

One the best and most fun workouts I’ve had in a while. Alfredo was so welcoming and encouraging, such a playful yet focused and high energy instructor. Loved chatting for a few after class, he really made me feel like I belonged there despite never dancing Latin style a day in my life! 10/10 experience 🫶🏻

Build | GLUTES, ARMS & ABS

This is very dumbbell & kettlebell focus and very light barbell focus. It’s a nice easy workout, but it’s not very challenging. Great instructor, and Gym otherwise. But wish they would do a bit more barbell work in these classes since one exercise is not enough.

    STRETCH + RESTORE

Class was very laid back, definitely a restore class. I enjoyed the palo santo and mini massage/adjustments and the class as well. At the end we did a systematic muscle relaxation? I think it was called, going through and relaxing each part of the body. It took up a bit of time and felt like this time could've been more productive doing something else

    Phoenix LIFT

I really do love these classes. Such warm and welcoming energy, especially from Rachel! Never had heavy weightlifting seem so simple and casual before. I started out of convenience (close to work for me) but realistically I’d go out of my way to attend. Phoenix is the best!!!

    Intro To Pole (BEGINNER)

Awesome class for beginners. Erynn is a great instructor. I was able to ask questions throughout and got a lot of feedback during class which helped improve my combo by the end. I loved being able to see them model more advanced moves in addition to teaching us the basics, it helps me as I am a visual learner. Being in a physical studio can improve your confidence so much and the class had great vibes. I’ll be happy to join again!

    *NEW* Cardio Dance Blast

Fun dance moves and music! Also he throws in stretching and a few pushups so it’s a more balanced workout. The choreo was just challenging enough! But my sneakers were too sticky to the floor for spin moves so maybe bring shoes that could be more spin friendly lol. I just wish the class were a little longer.
