    Suna Sculpt

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Suna Sculpt is such a cute, aesthetically pleasing studio! The entire space feels clean, brand new, and girly. It’s just a nice place to walk into and be in. The studio was glowing pink from the heated infrared lights, which made the whole experience feel fun and inviting. The mats are numbered and assigned to you, and as a first-timer, I was placed right next to the instructor. The mats are arranged in three staggered rows, so everyone has a clear view of themselves in the mirror. I loved the pink STAKT adjustable weights, which give you the option of 2, 4, or 6 pounds. Such a cute touch! They also rent mat towels, but first-timers get to borrow one for free. Just remember that grippy socks are required. The class itself was fast-paced and upbeat, with great energy all around. The music was louder than what I’m used to in these classes, but it didn’t bother me. The instructor used a microphone, so I could still hear her clearly over the music. I’ve taken about four heated classes at different studios, and at one point during this class, I started feeling a little lightheaded. This has happened to me in other heated classes, too. I took a deep breath, drank some water, and felt fine afterward. It’s worth knowing your limits and listening to your body in heated workouts! Phones aren’t allowed in class, which is something to keep in mind if you’re used to recording your workouts. My favorite part was the ice-cold, damp towel they handed out at the very end of class during our stretching! I’ve taken several heated classes, and this was the first studio to offer that. After working out in the heat, it felt like such a refreshing little luxury and the perfect way to end class. The hospitality was another highlight. The girl at the front desk and the instructor, who I heard is also the owner, greeted me when I arrived and asked about any injuries before class. As I was leaving, they chatted with me again, told me I did a great job, and asked how I liked the class. I appreciated that they took the time to make me feel welcomed both coming and going. Overall, Suna Sculpt has great vibes, a beautiful studio, and thoughtful little touches that make the experience feel special. I’d absolutely love to visit again someday! 💗

Haleigh was warm and welcoming from beginning to end. She provided clear guidance and encouragement through every movement. Haleigh also provided modifications for all levels. I appreciated the intentional music choice and gratitude time towards our body. The studio itself had parking which is always a plus. It was a clean environment and very spacious. I actually enjoyed that there were no mirrors and no recording allowed in the room. It really founded me to be fully present. The workout itself was great. It was a full body workout. I will definitely be returning to Yoga Home.

Always love this studio. The workers are always nice and welcoming, super clean facility with everything you need. The instructor was amazing. She constantly moved around the room doing demonstrations and encouraging. For every move she tried to provide a modification. I like that the class is a sculpt class (which is nice to know beforehand instead of being advertised as a hot yoga class and just sneaking sculpt work in) but even with it being a sculpt class, you open with a flow and end with a nice stress and meditation. Well balanced class but also a great burn for all levels

    Hot Flow - Instructor's Choice

I’m a beginner at yoga. My balance isn’t all that great and I’m not familiar with all the terminology but she walked us through each movement with great detail and even walked around the room a few times to check our form and even helped me by putting a block under my hips for support. I think I managed to keep up pretty well. The instructor was friendly and made conversation after class. The room wasn’t as hot as most of the hot classes I’ve taken but no complaints there, I still sweat bullets. There was only 4 of us in class. I liked that also. I’m a content creator and I take random fitness classes to make a video and do a review afterwards but phones weren’t allowed. Not a deal breaker, just worth noting.
