The space was large and had great vibes when it came to lighting and music. It was my first time taking an Ashtanga class and despite my nerves I had an amazing time thanks to the energy from the instructor and people around me. It didn’t feel like a class just focused on getting through the routine but more about being genuinely present, even laughing at hiccups along the way. It was high intensity and naturally shifted down to doing ground poses and then meditation at the end. Overall I recommend the class!
