Class was hard but she gave so many alternative options for each move. I really appreciated that. see all reviewsThere is some street parking in front of the building. It is metered. It took me a minute to find it after I parked as there isn’t a huge sign or anything. There is a small lobby for storing shoes and purses and 1 small yoga room and 1 larger room for the Ariel silk classes. The instructor was really helpful and encouraging. This was my first class and it was fun, challenging and you will get your sweat on. I had wanted to try this for a while so I am definitely glad I did.
