see all reviewsI love the different light/mood settings! The red light and heat was very soothing too. It’s awesome that you can pick what you want to watch, listen, or do to relax. I choose to a Perspire Yoga video; it felt so good to stretch! My room also had a shower in it, so that was an extra refreshing benefit too! I can’t wait to come back again.

You are able to control the temp, lighting, infrareds, and even the TV during the session. I enjoyed a private sauna. Your only chore is to put away your four towels. They take care of everything else.
