I am a beginner at cycling and at any weight training and she was so encouraging and gave modifications for all the exercises when we were doing the weights the studio has the most welcoming vibe ever highly recommend for anybody who’s new or trying to get used to working out in group settings .

    Beverly is honestly the best fitness instructor I have ever met. She is so patient, kind and willing to help whoever is new or confused with Pilates. She makes classes challenging yet doable! She is also very friendly and her positive energy radiates. I only take Pilates when she’s the instructor! Absolutely adore her!

    Such a great class!!! One of the best dance cardio classes I’ve attended in Ohio. It was exactly the level of intensity/dance technique I was looking for, I was SWEATY and HAPPY. It also helped that the space was lovely, the people were welcoming and of all levels and Anson kept us motivated!
