see all reviewsI’ve had many lymphatic massages before but it was my first time having it here. Swan Day Spa was clean, and offered so many services. I had my massage with Linda, and although she did not give me entirely what I wanted (a soft, gentle lymphatic massage) she gave me what I needed. She assessed where I was tight and sore and what needed a detox and went to work. I won’t lie, there were moments where it was indeed very painful, but I knew this was for the better; that isn’t to say she wasn’t gentle during other parts if the massage—there were also times I felt incredibly relaxed and good. Whenever it got too painful I would let her know and she would adjust. She really took care of me and wanted to help me out and she did just that, because I feel much more looser, lighter, and energetic for sure. I was also very impressed with her use of the hot stones as well, I signed up for a membership too. Just be sure to communicate before and during the massage, you are in good hands.

If you want deep, they will give you DEEP TISSUE. If you can tolerate the pressure, they will deliver. You will then think to yourself, “Yeah, this is not massage envy.” Massage Envy has nothing about how intense this deep tissue is. I was a little scared about the standing part, but it works. It delivers the right amount of pressure to give you that release you need. I also wasn’t expecting the stretching, but I appreciate it. I do, in fact, feel more limber. However, I do feel a little sore but in a good way. My masseuse was determined to get the knots in my trapezius/sub-scapular muscles out!
