see all reviewsI’ve been to 2 of Mayra’s classes, and they’re a fun way to get my body moving and to get out of my comfort zone (as someone with little dance experience). She starts you off with an intentional warmup incorporating movements that will prepare you for the choreography. Then, you’ll practice the choreography several times before cooling down. You can tell Mayra loves what she does and puts a lot of care and intention behind her creative classes!

see all reviewsI tried this studio through ClassPass and had such a positive experience with the owner. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous with her time, and I really appreciated how attentive she was throughout the class. For me personally, the class was more challenging than I’m used to because I have some knee and joint limitations. She was very thoughtful about making adjustments so I could participate safely and still get something meaningful out of the session, which I really appreciated. I do think someone without joint issues, or someone with a stronger yoga background, may find the class an easier fit. The studio itself is lovely—very clean, comfortable, and easy to get to, with convenient parking just off Fourth Street downtown. I could especially see it being a great option for people working in the nearby law offices or courthouse who want to take a class before or after work. Overall, I’m very glad I tried it, and I really appreciated the owner’s kindness and willingness to work with me.
