see all reviewsAs an Instructor I’m super picky about whose class I take, and I love Alexa’s teaching style! 💖 She always starts with a PROPER warm up and gives great clear directions. Also something I wanted to point out is that she makes sure to check everyone’s headrest is down (every time) before bridging and if we use the platform extender she literally checks that it’s locked in on everyone’s reformer. Safety is sooo important. 💯 It’s little things like that which make us come back.

see all reviewsClass was great! Instructor was so nice and encouraging and was right along with us. It was rough! I prob need to take some more attention to figuring out which weight I’m at though; I think I overestimated my strength with stamina, as there are many reps and when I typically lift it’s to gain strength so I do heavier weights less times. This was a great challenge to provide a better all around fitness when working it in along with weight lifting. I’m ‘pumped’ to come again! Thank you! Also the front desk was super friendly and the facility was clean; though there were quite a few things that were in need of repair when looking around; including the steam room and the filtered water fountain, just a matter of time I’m sure. Parking was easy, too.

see all reviewsUnfortunately, my least favorite class I’ve taken with bounce class. It was way easier than all the other intro classes I’ve taken. I took my friend and she said she didn’t even sweat 🥲. The instructor seems really nice, but she didn’t follow the beats and seemed more focus on choreography than the workout. She kept giving us water breaks so I don’t think we ever bounced for 10 minutes straight. I still love bounce class though
