She has such a lovely, calm and uplifting energy and is a very attentive teacher — whether it’s helping you with alignment or with adjustments around injuries or weak areas. Highly recommend this class, the studio is a very relaxing space as well 💕

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the challenge of this Stretch class. We did stretch yoga poses and also leg strength exercises with an exercise ball. We even did some one-handed side planks! Great and totally unexpected for a stretch yoga class! Also, this studio is conveniently located near Kita-Sando metro station.
