    Great instructor! Perfect pace, not too rushed you can’t focus on your form, but enough to get enough reps in while having time to adjust your core/alignment. Great cues from Imogen and well structured workout too. The studio space is a bit smaller but can make it work.

    Reformer Pilates: Strong

    Had a great first experience of Reformer Pilates with my boyfriend. Challenging but enough moments of rest. My boyfriend really enjoyed it too. Kyra was great, she gave instructions on how to use all equipment before the lesson started and demonstrated/helped to improve movement throughout the workout. Thanks Kyra for making us want to start doing more pilates!
