see all reviewsRobin was great as usual. Always enjoy his class and you can see how good it is as the weekend sessions are always full. It’s a tough class, but worth it. I like the way he gets you set up prior to the session taking into consideration the various heights and abilities, and allows you to then make adjustments. He is also very good at making sure all equipment is put away neatly and sanitised before being put back.

The classes are thorough and you feel as though you’ve worked out (which is what I want) without feeling out of your depth. A class for life.
