He had great energy, and really made what initially seemed like a very intimidating workout feel fun and manageable. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.
