see all reviewsCame in expecting to be completely lost. Left wondering when I can book my next class. 😂 Sang Jee’s class was such a fun challenge! High energy, great music, and a workout that felt more like a dance party than exercise (until my legs reminded me otherwise). The choreography was beginner-friendly enough to follow while still pushing us to move and sweat. Also, cardio disguised as dancing should be illegal because I didn’t realize how hard I was working until the class ended. Definitely coming back!

I think this class is especially good for people with anxiety or those who’ve been overthinking a lot lately. A little reminder that it’s okay to take up space. ✨

see all reviewsI attended my second Adult Ballet Beginner class and enjoyed it just as much as the first. Since it had been many years since I last danced ballet, I was still getting used to the movements and terminology, but the class was very welcoming and beginner-friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the instructor's name, but he was excellent. He was patient, supportive, and took the time to demonstrate the exercises clearly. I appreciated how comfortable the learning environment felt, especially for those of us who were still building our confidence. He explained things well and created a positive atmosphere throughout the class. Overall, it was another enjoyable experience, and I'm happy to be rediscovering ballet. Looking forward to attending more classes and continuing to improve.
