I would say you would need to have a bit of dance background before signing up for the class because I was absolutely clueless during the choreography part. The parts on the pole was fine but there’s also some dancing before the pole tricks which I really cannot get because.. I have zero dance bg. Or maybe I’m just bad at dancing 😅

see all reviewsFirst time here in this studio. While I have done aerial yoga stretch at another place, I was not quite prepared for the aerial hammock here. Amelia was very patient, encouraging and supports by checking on my body placements which was very helpful. I got dizzy from the inversions towards the end of the class, but Amelia continued to check on me and help me to normalise my experience. Enjoyed my session and hope to be back again next time!
