    Teacher Ice is an excellent instructor. She does a great job breaking down and explaining variations of the poses, ensuring everyone understands. The pacing is just right, with well-timed counts, and she’s attentive to students’ needs, offering assistance when necessary. Highly recommend!

    The whole facility is cool, clean, and well-maintained. A few people were working out during our stay (a weeknight), so we didn't need to wait for others to use the machines. The staff was friendly too.

    Coach Tosh is great, very calm and encouraging. The actual class content is just...kinda boring since it's just endless reps of various bodyweight core exercises. That said, it is still a very effective workout, my obliques hurt for 2 days so I'm sure my core did get a workout.
