see all reviewsToday was my first time at Hydrate Health & Wellness in Massapequa Park, NY. I did a 30 minute sauna and liked how it was already heated up all the way up (to 155 degrees) right when I went in. I liked it here better than Cryology in Babylon that didn’t always have the sauna turned on before going in. The sauna was a little hot for me, so I took 1 minute out of the sauna at the halfway mark, and then turned it down to 145 degrees. I used the towels provided in the sauna. I then did a 30-minute ionic foot bath. I had never heard of this before, but I found it interesting how I could remove my body’s toxins through the metals and Himalayan salt in the foot bath. The owner or associate working at Hydrate Health & Wellness helped me learn all about the foot bath and gave me something to read on it as well. I definitely recommend and will be going back for both services (and bringing my husband)!

see all reviewsI really loved my shoulder/back and foot/calf massage. I did the 1-hour session and it felt so good. It is more “public” in the fact that you’re next to other people- but I don’t mind. I had an eye mask on and ear buds in and it was quiet. I was in a comfy couch lying back while I got my foot and leg massage. This is my favorite massage so far in Long Island, including Hand & Stone Massage in Bellmore.
