She makes the effort to greet me each time, which I do appreciate. Her class consistently has a great balance of speed spins vs resistance, some choreo, some strength weight training, and caters to all levels of attendees, which not every trainer can do. When she said “Yes, you can!” I believed it and tried my hardest. The experience is great for first timers with a provided locker, towel, and gloves to borrow. Of you have no boxing experience, the combinations may be difficult for you to have down, but it’s hard for the first time. You will get the hang of it. If anything, look up the 6 types punches before coming. Overall fantastic experience! I will be back!

Every time I come there is at least one round that has a series of exercises and a particular number yet she just mentions the rep count for the first 1-2. When it’s that many exercises, it’s not possible to read the screen. A little reminder or statement of what the next exercises and rep count would be helpful. In smaller classes, would love to see some form help for those boxing.

We started on the bag, then weights + full body workout, then back to the bag and finished with a core sequence. My only note is that the cues and countdown seemed a little loud but maybe my ears just haven’t been in a rumble class in a bit. It seemed like everyone got the push and workout they needed, would recommend for advanced or beginners. I’ll try his classes again!

He was incredibly nice and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Knowing it was my first time and that I had some injuries, Drew made sure to pay extra attention to me throughout the class. He offered modifications to the exercises that worked perfectly with my limitations, allowing me to fully participate without any discomfort.
