Bonnie is so supportive and makes it clear that her class is a space for fun, feel-good, “ooey-gooey” movement. I look forward to it every week!

The studio is also pretty new, and all of the facilities were clean and sparkling. The class is a little heavy on the choreo side, so keep that in mind if that isn’t your thing, but there is a nice warm up that Novien leads you through in the beginning, and that’ll get your blood pumping!

The instructor was clearly very knowledgeable but did go through things very quickly. so just be aware of this beforehand! That being said, I will likely be back since I feel like it will push me, but it is fast-paced and assumes some dance knowledge beforehand like positions etc.

It's hard to find in the strip mall. Also, it was super hot inside the studio. The thermostat read 89 degrees inside. HOT! But I love the mirrors on each side of the room and the sign on the back wall is cute.
