I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

Her routine was so much fun. Every single block flowed into the next. She chose such effective moves for each series. Her divided up her full range, pulses and holds perfectly. Wouldn’t say this is super beginner friendly you need to know basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, ohp) and experience with barbell work. see all reviewsI tried the H2 on a Wednesday night with Casey. She’s welcoming, encouraging, and has an optimistic personality. The H2 that I attended was sort of a mix of rotational workouts (3 timed sets) at different stations: barbells, bike, kettlebells, rower, ski org (?), plates, and weighted balls. One station was weighted single-leg lunges. I skipped most of the lunges bc my legs were shaking, but Casey and JJ completely understood. The members were SO welcoming and encouraging as well. The facility was bright, clean, and upbeat, and the bathrooms were clean as well. I’ll be back for a trial and may just end up joining. The music was hoppin and I left feeling great.
