There was also no label saying the studio was on the third floor. But other than that, the class was nice. It wasn’t too difficult, felt more like a stretching class than a strength building. Our instructor was very kind, she didn’t correct our forms though, I wish she did so I knew if i was doing things correctly. Very beautiful studio!

He actually went around carefully coaching and correcting everyone's form which is so important for solidcore exercises but is never done. He had such amazing energy and attitude and I wish I could take his classes more regularly. Definitely recommend him for anyone especially if you're new to solidcore.

This is my first time going to WundaBar so the studio is smaller than I expected, but it’s perfect because Ryan is able to individually correct our forms. He also would compliment how excellent we were doing and made the extra effort to remember our names. It made me feel included as a first timer. The exercises were challenging but I quite enjoyed them and felt accomplished at the end. I am definitely coming back!

She gave very thorough cues, demonstrated every movement and gave many variations for each of them. Challenging, but has pacing slow enough for them to place a strong emphasis on correct form. I always come out their classes feeling great and strong. I think I’ll be more mindful about doing Lagree Pilates 2 days prior in the future because my body still hadn’t fully recovered making this class harder as well. That aside, you will definitely get in a good workout here and leave with sore muscles. I always appreciate when instructors offer to help you correct form but don’t make you feel pressured to do more than you can especially if it’s clear you’re trying but can’t complete the sets. Megan was encouraging and knowledgeable as well and at times knew how to throw in a few jokes.

What I didn’t like is that class started and ended early so around minute 38-39 of teaching she went into “pick your own stretch” and a cooldown which is WAY too short of a class imo. Class ended around 42-43 minutes due to the late start and early end but there wasn’t programming that whole time due to the stretch. This class would be perfect if it actually lasted 45 minutes as advertised.

I would recommend since it’s a newer studio with lots of Pilates first timers to either have prerequisites for students to be able to register for jump board or open level classes, or put some art on the wall to use as guide points too since the reformers don’t face the same way (e.g “everyone face the mirrors” instead of “face the left” which meant different cues for different sides of the room) because I think too much time setting up for each move ate up some of the time we could have used for moving. Excited to see how the studio and programming evolves!
