see all reviewsThis class was challenging without being too difficult. Loved the instructor. Just wish the fans got turned on at the end, feel like I couldn’t lower my heart rate enough to comfortably get into savasana. But maybe that was just me.

see all reviewsLOVED the Bongo Belmont Yoga class with Rachel on Friday; can’t wait to go back! The location is inside Bongo Java upstairs in a carpeted room with cute string lights. There’s street parking and a lot behind the coffee shop that they will validate after. Rachel was gentle and communicated super well. I really enjoyed the flow and movements, and she instructed very well and played soft music. Can’t wait to go back! Also wonderful to support the BeWell organization. THANK YOU! :) Highly recommend.

see all reviewsKatie M. was so kind and lovely! She made me feel welcomed as a first time student at Small World Yoga. I appreciate how she incorporated a lot of the yoga terminology and affirmations, and was welcoming to making adjustments as needed, etc. I definitely felt relaxed and enjoyed the time. My first time doing fish pose! It’s a nice space that’s easy to access. You can tell there’s a nice community there. :) Would definitely come back!

It was my first time and Hillary and all the other women in the class were very helpful and encouraging to me. If you’re interested in trying out bounce/ rebounding I highly recommend this class!

see all reviewsLily did a great job explaining and modeling. She offered variations and often went around the class to correct form. She did ask each individual their preference regarding correcting form prior to class starting. She did such a good job keeping our breath on the correct pattern-something we forget to do. I had an easier time this class because I paid attention to my breath with her. Loved it!

see all reviewsRicha was SO amazing! My friend and I came here on a Friday evening. The class was small and intimate, which I really enjoyed! I’ve taken many yoga classes before, but I have always been afraid of hot yoga because of the breathing aspect. Richa made us feel so comfortable, and my body and mind felt amazing afterwards. This class was everything I was looking for!

see all reviewsI took Madison’s barre class last Friday, and it was absolutely amazing—my favorite barre class so far! Her teaching was exceptional, with clear instructions and a great focus on proper form. I loved the energy in the room, and her music choices were perfect for keeping us motivated throughout. Starting and ending the class with breathing exercises added such a calming and grounding touch, and the cold towel at the end was a thoughtful and refreshing surprise. I’ve never had a better experience in a barre class—highly recommend Madison!

see all reviewsI read a review before attending this class where a couple different people said this was the best yoga class they’ve ever done. I thought “hmm, that just sounds like a quick little review. Let me go find out for myself…” and let me tell you, I AGREE!!! I’ve done home practice for two years, and recently have decided to get into going to classes around the area, and this one was excellent! Alex was SO kind and welcoming (as well as the front desk staff), and the space was beautiful and bright. I love how she focused on transitions between poses, and it started slower and built gradually. Truly awesome, and such a good blend of poses and lengths of holding, transitions, etc. I felt challenged and capable at the same time. 1000% would return and highly recommend. Go to this class!
