Jeff is such a bundle of joy. I love his interesting music choices despite all the naysayers. He always makes sure to bring the challenge and the spice. I’m always belting along to his songs.

Annie was wonderful! There was a returning customer who hadn’t been in a while and Annie was as extremely patient and helpful to her. The workout was challenging but very rewarding as well.

    Tempo Dance Cardio

What a fun class! Linda is an awesome instructor and kept the energy high and happy. The moves were easy to learn, and even when I couldn't figure something out, the pace is quick enough that I was moving and having fun the entire time. This class definitely made me sweat, but wasn't too intense either. The facility itself is clean, inviting, and full of good vibes. I'm looking forward to coming back!

This is my favorite yoga class in the city! The instructor is great her corrections are very helpful, and she takes the time to help you into your trickier asanas, if you’re almost there and just need that extra little push.

Natalie was a fantastic instructor - kind, energetic and encouraging. She gave people grace, emphasized taking breaks and modifications as one needs. Challenging workout. I will be back!

Confusing to the senses but i really liked it! Joanna the instructor was awesome. When I came out of class, I was like oh my gosh I couldn't balance… And she assured me that with more practice it definitely gets better. Nice and heated but not too hot! Not saying a beginner couldn't go to this class, but I feel like you have to have some knowledge of yoga before doing this class. I really enjoyed it.
