    Great class. I love Barry’s!! I would say just in general I’ve notice with a few of the instructors they aren’t very hands on so sometimes I feel like I’m just doing the workout with a bad form and completely wrong. They don’t come to correct form which then could lead to an injury. I understand that it’s a fast paced workout class and there are a lot of us and the instructor is cueing the strength part AND the treadmill part at the same time so I understand that it could be hard to look at everyone. Other than that keeping the instructor separate from the workout method I really thought Megan was super sweet and energetic. Great music and vibes. Would love to hear some Reggaeton in the mix lol. Definitely wanna keep booking Friday mornings with her!! :)

    This was such a great class. I like that it had more of a strength focus , than your typical mat pilates routine. MOXI3 does it again. The studio, set up & ambiance is top notch. They also have some of my favorite instructors in the area on their roster. The room is heated , but not unbearably hot (you’ll definitely sweat though), they provide everything, just bring your mat towel & water. This was my second time here & I will for sure be back. The class was HARD but so fun — the perfect balance of being challenged while still being able to go at your own pace. Everyone was super nice, the environment was welcoming, and the space is huge. Connor was an awesome instructor, and even though they knew I was just visiting, the team was so attentive and helpful throughout the entire class. Coming from a fitness/group class environment myself, I really appreciated how supportive they were with their clients.     Carlos was great! I wanted a class to get me back into weights since it's been a hot minute since I lifted. For the class, there was a warmup (this one switching between the ski machine and pulling/pushing weight sleds) then a series of sets of exercises within a period of time (Ex: one was three sets of three exercises done within four minutes). Variety of exercises, and Carlos tailored the different weights and set amounts depending on the person, as well as taught useful cues / tips for the exercises. The other members of the gym were really welcoming and it was just overall good vibes. At this time, they do Monday lower body, Tuesday upper body, and Thursday full body. Will try to go back again!

    Functional Patterns is unlike any training or rehabilitation facility I’ve ever been to. From day one, everyone has been welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping people move and feel better. The work may look simple from the outside, but don’t be fooled, it’s incredibly challenging in all the right ways. Every session leaves me feeling more connected to my body, and honestly, I feel like I’m healing when I’m here. Right now, some personal and financial responsibilities are limiting how often I can attend, but I can’t wait until I’m able to commit to a full one-on-one program. The value is obvious, and the results speak for themselves. Grateful for the experience so far and looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving how their body functions and feels.
