DRIP Heated Mat Pilates
see all reviewsLoved Ellen's class! It was challenging, but still very manageable with modifications. I would recommend her class if you're a beginner or if you're more advanced, and especially if you don't mind sweating a lot! I'd recommend bringing lots of water, an extra small towel, along with a mat towel to make your experience more enjoyable. I will be back to try her reformer class next :)

see all reviewsAs a beginner, I found this class easy to follow because the instructor gave very clear instructions and demonstrated every pose. It was a little more challenging than the gentle yoga classes I’ve taken before, but in a good way. I also liked that she included stretches throughout the class, which felt great for my back. The hold time for each pose was just right, not too short and not too long. I especially appreciated her positive energy and teaching style it made me feel comfortable throughout the class.

see all reviewsThis class was challenging in the best way. I felt like my core was being ripped apart and built up again. The studio remodel is so nice as well! Very excited to come back again when my schedule allows. The only thing that is kind of a bummer is the parking situation as well as the time of classes working with a normal 9-5 schedule. I still try to make it work though. Will be back again :)

see all reviewsValerie teaches a fun and challenging class. If you’re a guy reading this, understand there is an etiquette to this kind of class. 1. Don’t grunt, moan, or make comments to your neighbor. Especially if you make a loud sound with every single exhale the ENTIRE class. It’s deeply uncomfortable. 2. Come dressed properly. I assure you, nobody wants to see you constantly adjusting your falling shorts. If you have drawstrings on them, tie them! You made today’s class weird. I hope this gets to you dude!

see all reviewsOne of the toughest yoga classes in the best way. It was a continuous flow, with minimal to no water (didn’t find it that bothersome bc the room is nonheated), and the teachers gave clear instructions and corrections when needed. The space of the studio was very relaxing and had a good energy throughout it. I noticed that the floors were clean, and the room where we practiced in was large and had lots of room.

see all reviewsI absolutely loved Pam’s yoga class! I had already taken a HIIT class earlier in the day, and this was exactly what my body and mind needed. The class focused on stretching, balance, breathing, and learning the fundamentals of yoga in a way that felt peaceful and restorative. I ended up being the only person in class, and Pam made the experience feel so personal. She was incredibly thorough, patient, and easy to follow. She explained each pose, helped me with my form, and created such a calm, welcoming environment. I left feeling more relaxed, refreshed, and excited to continue learning yoga. If you’re new to yoga or looking for a class that helps you slow down and reconnect with yourself, I highly recommend taking a class with Pam! Will def be back!
