RUN x LIFT: Total Body (50 min)

Class programming is good. Music is fine not amazing. But it’s too short always <45 min of actual work.

I loved this class. Betty was excellent. The perfect balance of supportive and encouraging of where you’re at while still pushing you to go past what you think you can do. I definitely will be back. Thank you!

So much fun and such a good challenge! Love Ariana and Sabrina so this was a great theme! Would love to hear more current Sabrina songs but then again, her oldies are legendary!

Visiting from a different state and Mari was the sweetest human! Class was a full 60 mins and boy was it challenging but so worth it! Would absolutely revisit! 🫶

    Cycle 45 by Pedal House

Dennis's class is always effective at hitting the right points. He makes the class challenging enough, yet not impossible. I've been doing cycle for many years and have visited almost all the main cycle studios in NYC and I like that Pedal House is different by having a funky stylish setting at UGym, making so much easier to want to go.

    Cardio Dance

So much fun! This is true dance cardio - break a sweat, awesome music and get to shake it out. Nicole's choreo is fun and a good mix of easy to follow and still a challenge to do. I always get my heart rate up and leave feeling sweaty and happy ☺️

    Gym Time

The front desk staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, which helps create a down-to-earth, unpretentious atmosphere. Having trained at both Lifetime and Equinox, I personally prefer Crunch because it feels more approachable while still providing everything needed for a great workout. The gym floor is bright, well-lit, and has a positive energy. The equipment selection is more than sufficient for a serious training session, and the locker rooms and bathrooms are functional, clean, and get the job done. Overall, it’s a solid gym with a comfortable culture and all the essentials needed to train effectively.
