see all reviewsIan was great!! It’s a workout at your own pace kind of “group” workout. It’s a small, intimate gym. I do feel like my form with my back was a little wonky and it may had been hard to tell bc I was wearing a large t shirt. But otherwise the leg day is definitely everything you need jammed into that 1 hr. Everyone was approachable and nice.
