see all reviewsYuki was a great instructor. Her instructions and cues were easy to understand and she gave plenty of hands on corrections for those that needed it. The workout was a moderate level of challenge for myself as I regularly do reformer, but it appeared to be difficult for those that are closer to beginner level. I think the class would have been improved if we were given options for different spring load tensions for those that wanted to increase or decrease the level of challenge from the norm. I know we can do it ourselves but it would be nice to be given the option from our instructor.

Gehna did a great job at cueing the different moves and segments, and was incredibly encouraging. One part that I especially liked was the fact she mentioned which muscle groups would be engaged and working during a move, really helped me make sure my form was correct and I wasn’t overcompensating using other muscles when it got harder.
