It was a 30 minute class so I was shocked by how fast I started sweating. It was also varied enough with clear goals and sets to get through. It was an intimate studio but that made for a more hands on, attentive session. The people at this class have also been going for a while but I was welcomed so well and didn’t feel like a weird outsider. Felt like a community, with some children doing their paintings and drawings as we were working out.
