see all reviewsI had a great experience in the sculpt class with Matt. He’s a really strong instructor who explains form and technique thoroughly, making it easy to understand and follow along. He encourages you to lift as heavy as you want as long as your form stays correct, which makes the workout feel both safe and empowering. The ab work was especially amazing—really effective and well programmed. Overall, he has a welcoming presence and creates a supportive environment that makes you want to keep coming back.

She is an amazing instructor who makes the whole class feel fun and welcoming, even if you’re completely new to silks. She’s very thorough with her teaching and takes the time to break everything down clearly, so you actually understand the techniques instead of just being rushed through them. What really stood out is how much she prioritizes safety—she’s always watching closely, correcting form, and making sure everyone feels secure before moving on. At the same time, she keeps the energy light and encouraging, which makes trying something challenging like aerial silks feel a lot less intimidating. I left the class feeling both accomplished and excited to come back. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about trying intro aerial silks or cirque-style classes.

The teacher did check in with me before class to show me the machine and ask if I had any questions. She gave me optional earplugs because the music was going to be loud. She checked in with me after class as well to see how it had gone. If you want some upbeat cardio, and you'd like a fast class where you'll sweat a lot, this is a great option. Also there was tons of parking on Pleasant Valley, which is only a half block away. I feel like I'm not ready for the intensity of a half hour class with my fitness level but I appreciate that this exists. And there were several people who had been doing this for years, and they had incredible stamina and their bodies looked lean and strong. I think the atmosphere is very welcome for beginners, but the workout itself is intense

Tae-Woo set a friendly tone immediately and had us introduce ourselves to one person we didn't know (but no forcing conversation beyond that). The workout was really solid, starting out with some dynamic stretching, then weights (slow, heavier, and intentional), then a cardio/movement with dumbbells/kettlebells and short runs. Tae-Woo easily subbed the SkiErg for the running for me due to a bad knee. It was chiller than other classes I've done but still really challenging (HR zones 2 to 5 by the last few rounds of the circuit. I'll definitely be back.

The playlist was upbeat to keep us moving in the morning. Studio was clean with new equipment/weights but a bit hard to find in the dark as the curtains were drawn for privacy and is set back a bit. ClassPass instructors had the location info but I didn’t notice or think to look until after drinking around looking for it. I will definitely take this class again.

Like she would notice immediately if something seemed off or uncomfortable, and she would step in into troubleshoot. It was really fun to fly up, and lift off the ground, and I feel limber afterward. I actually worked up a sweat, and I'm not ordinarily a sweaty person. This was one of those workouts where you don't really realize that you're working out because you're just distracted by all of the fun that you're having. And Tatyana has great energy- it feels like she wants to be there and help you enjoy the class, really encouraging. Thanks!

I personally don’t mind the heat, but also I am in love with heated yoga so my opinion is a bit biased there. 10/10
