She was bubbly and energetic throughout the class and gave feedback on how we were doing each move. The class is small so she gives feedback to each student. Will be back to practice my foundations more.

Great workout that had me sweating by the end. Instructor was both knowledgeable and gave clear instructions. Gave lots of opportunities for questions. Studio was clean and atmosphere was enticing.
