The spiritual vibe was not explicit, but I felt there was more healing & restoration happening beyond the physical. I definitely felt an emotional release, which was unusual for me, but confirmed the teacher & this class was indeed restorative in so many ways.

see all reviewsTeacher was nice and welcoming. Space was lovely even with construction next door. Very gentle class. Kind of a pilates yoga hybrid. Lots of focus on breath and intentional muscle use. I left feeling very relaxed but also like I was able to do some strengthening. Highly recommend if you are hyper mobile or conversely have a stiff back. I will be returning.

I experienced new poses in this class. I really enjoyed the intention she set and having an in-depth insight with the breathing techniques and posture knowledge felt like a luxurious experience.
