    As an Instructor I’m super picky about whose class I take, and I love Alexa’s teaching style! 💖 She always starts with a PROPER warm up and gives great clear directions. Also something I wanted to point out is that she makes sure to check everyone’s headrest is down (every time) before bridging and if we use the platform extender she literally checks that it’s locked in on everyone’s reformer. Safety is sooo important. 💯 It’s little things like that which make us come back.
