see all reviewsThe format of this class is nice. They have you switch from bike to upper body to give yourself a break in between for both muscle groups. I liked the pace and it’s beginner friendly, because they have lighter weights to start with. Seems like a good class for any level. The structure is easy to follow. The instructor Sam was very nice and helpful especially as it was my first class there. I will definitely come back! Front desk clerk Emma I want to shout out as well, very sweet and welcoming.

see all reviewsThis is my favorite place to go. My only wish is that each instructor did these: give a regular, easy, and challenging spring option and reminded us where in and out breaths go. It seems to be opposite in Pilates than other fitness classes. If I did regular spring load, I don’t get much of a workout. I want to either feel burn or fatigue when I workout.
