Slow flow: restoration, meditation, and sound
see all reviewsThe teacher was great and sound bath at end was great but the class title was a bit different then what the class was. Was more intense twists and slow vinyasa not what most would consider restoration. We had about 15 minutes of restorative to sound bowl at the end of class and a full hour of vinyasa flow to slow music that were intense poses. I recommend doing more of what you did at the end of the class or change the name of the class. My body was craving what I thought the class was based off the misleading description. Other wise fantastic studio and vibes
