I’ve been to many y7 yoga classes and there are so many wonderful instructors — Megan was such a gem. I REALLY enjoyed her class. Loved her music choices and little affirmations/sweet encouraging words. The flows and sequences felt really great. I can’t wait to take a class by her again.

    Reformer Vitality

Great first class here - clean, organized space, kind instructor. Maybe it was just because one of the participants was chatty in a self- deprecating way, but there was a kind of full-class small talk thing at the beginning that made it feel more personal than some other classes I’ve taken. (There are only about 8 reformers so it’s a more intimate class anyway.)

Great class as always! Gaby is the best! I walked home after class, 45 minutes. So if you think you’re too far from this spot, you’re not! Beautiful weather for a walk and it doubles my exercise.

    Community: Flow - In Studio

Sara was a lovely instructor and did a great job of getting us warmed up. She was great at reminding us of our breath. The studio provided blocks and mugs of water to stay hydrated. There's also cubbies for your personal belongings. This local studio is a lovely little gem in Windsor Terrace

My instructor was Lucie, and she was wonderful! Super encouraging, patient, and gave amazing tips. After class, we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted, so I was able to practice some of the advice Lucie gave and try new problems!

    Sunrise Salutations

Excellent class! Great playlist , not the typical yoga music, which may not be for everyone but I enjoyed having something different. Loved the instructor’s positive attitude and encouragement! *Definitely should know basic yoga before going however because it’s a full class and because it’s 45 minutes not a lot of time for explaining/instructions but if you need it the instructor will absolutely assist.

    Bhakti Night

Going to Iskcon was a unique experience. It is not like other workouts on here, so don’t expect a high intensity exercise. The evening was comprised of chanting of the mantra, a speaker, dancing, and a vegetarian dinner. The dinner was absolutely delicious. It is definitely an experience to try out.
