see all reviewsThe instructor was really helpful at helping to adjust my form (especially cause I have bad hip flexibility so it makes it hard to do certain moves). Abs and stretch is what it is! A nice relaxing stretching session with some mini ab workout routines. Music was soothing as well. Really had a chance to work on my breathing and it was a pretty full class too! Much better than yoga for me cause I can be low weight bearing and the straps with weights really helps me stretch to a range that’s comfortable. Would recommend going again!

see all reviewsIt’s a good class in terms of challenging exercises and variety. The instructor seems nice, but I do find her commentary a little annoying. She says “gorgeous” literally more than 100 times a class and sometimes a little too loud and cackling.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class. Janeth did a lot of my favorite things like for example the music was calming and not so loud that I couldn’t make out her directions. She also was really good at breaking down the move so everyone could follow and it felt like her class was organized in a way so that each of the moves preceded each other in a logical fashion. I didn’t feel like I was scrambling to get from one moved to another so I was able to get a better workout in
