The class was amazing, I got my neck stretches and at the end she gave me a lovely pressure point shavasana neck massage. I went from a 8/10 on the pain scale to a 3/10 who for someone with chronic neck pain, that’s a freaking miracle. So I will 10000% be taking classes with her again going forward! I’ve always loved this studio and todays class with Kathleen was one of those ones you walk away from and feel amazing for the rest of your day 😊

see all reviewsI thought this would be a long, gentle yoga practice but it was more fast paced and advanced leveled. The instructor was great! Please note they have a temporary location at a ballet school, so don’t do what I did and just type the studios name into the Waze app.
