Gymtime
see all reviewsThis gym is great! Lots of machines and on a Saturday morning I had no problems finding space. Heads up this gym is inside the mall and not super intuitive to find. If you park in the G garage on floor B4 you’ll find yourself right outside the mall doors that lead to the gym.

see all reviewsThe instructor was friendly and had a calming presence. I enjoyed her guidance through the stretching poses. I would recommend this class to Yoga beginners who don’t want a challenge . Personally, I was hoping to be challenged a bit more. Maybe I’ll try an intermediate or advanced level yoga class and hope it’s a better fit.

see all reviewsCoach Mike is very motivating and generous with his knowledge and support. Since I'm new to martial arts, this was a welcoming class for beginners. I learned the fundamentals clearly, felt supported, challenged, and exhausted. I worked really hard and am excited about the next session.

see all reviewsI greatly enjoyed my first class here. It has a small, family feel. This Open Beginners class had a range of ages from 4 to adults, which I liked because it helped me feel humble, motivated, and open to learning. It was structured with a warmup/stretching, strength & cardio, practice blocking and punching, and paired sparring. I am an absolute beginner at karate, but Sensei did a great job meeting every person at their level. She motivated each of us. It was genuinely one of the hardest workouts I've done in a while, but fun at the same time. I hope to return!
