Great facility with lots of space and enough equipment. Class was held in the loft, not in the “CrossFit” area, which may be less intimidating for some people.

Outdoor Community Yoga Class
see all reviewsI love that Kathy is very attentive, patient and kind. she knows how and when to push you physically and mentally. She creates the most welcoming space that at the end of class, all the stress and anxiety and heaviness that you carry with you is gone. I love even more that her classes are outdoors because nothing is more therapeutic than connecting with your body and mind while grounding yourself to the earth. Her classes also help with core strengthening that it's helped in other forms of physical training. You won't regret taking this class!
