    Ben is a nice guy, and relates well, for a newer bee like me. The class goes by very fast! You need your mat and weights ready for max work out efficiency. I enjoyed, but it’s gonna take more work to get in all the moves. Ben was super chill, and positive about that with me. He mentioned going to Classic Stride, if I just wanted to do a class with just the treadmill.

    Catch These Hands

    What a workout! There is no wasted time here—you are moving like crazy. I loved it! Lots of combo building and cardio, but there’s also footwork and pad work, which sets this boxing class apart from others. You learn much more about the skill rather than just going through the motions. Still very beginner friendly and a great place for anyone to get a workout in. Super nice studio, and Emily is fantastic. Will definitely be back!
