It was really for all levels and as an advanced practitioner and yoga instructor, I truly enjoyed the flow. The main teacher was authentic and her sequences were unique and I soooo appreciated the assistant teacher’s hands on adjustments. Class was full, but lovely energy from the students and it was not unbearable. I would say at this time of day (6pm) try to arrive a little earlier as parking was filling up fast!
