    Power Fusion 2- Candlelight

I have been a long time student of Donny's and his classes are like none others. He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. I always leave refreshed and ready to take on the world after Donny's class!

RELEASE + RESTORE: Breathwork + Sound + Reiki

Didn’t know what to expect for this class but released my resistance to it and loved it. What a special and calm environment for an inward experience (and a good cry). Kelley was so sweet too!

    Deep Healing

It was my first time at this studio and taking this sort of class but I really loved it. I could definitely feel a synergy amongst the practitioners in the class and actually thought to myself I was glad to be a part of the class in the moment. The class consisted of deep but gentle stretching and it was neat to follow the chanting interspersed throughout the class. Felt very aware of the present moment. It was also neat being able to pull a card at the beginning of the class. Overall, a very beautiful and welcoming studio.

    Postpartum strengthening and mobility

This class was great for me as a new mom trying to return to being active. The instructors taught mobility exercises and explained how they are connected to the pelvic floor and the importance of doing each exercise postpartum.
