I got a deep tissue massage and it hurt in all the right places, leaving me refreshed and with more mobility after just one session. The spot was super cute, clean, and zen! Will def come back when I’m in town again. The ONLY Thing was that they were 15 mins late (seemed like they were running late / short staffed) and I got only 55 mins but it was still great!

And if you’re looking for focus outside of just your back, she hit eveywhere I asked! It honestly was a great sports massage, and attacked all my spots. Highly recommend!

They also took into account a specific muscle/area of stress that I hurt recently and showed me how they would focus on that area if it was bothering me again. Overall, I had a great session and my problem areas feel way better than before my appointment. Will definitely be back and hoping I get this masseuse again!

He asked me to do a few movements to better understand where the tightness was and then we got to work. The pressure was definitely medium to heavy, but he checked in regularly and would explain what he was doing at a couple points. I plan to work with Wai again, he shared great knowledge and gave me relief I haven’t felt in a long time. And he gave me a water for the detox! Thank you Wai!
