see all reviewsWork provides ClassPass to us and I used it for a one-hour Full Body Oil Massage, with Hot Stone at 10 AM. I was greeted by some nice ladies who were confused that I had an appointment for this and were even confused about which service I had ordered. It seems that ClassPass does not communicate with the business. Either way, I was quickly seen to a room and given a one hour massage with Eva. She checked in with me throughout the process but wasn't the talking type. She let me relax in silence. I haven't had a massage before but this was a good experience. The room was pretty bare but clean with some soft music playing. It started as a warm up back massage under the sheets into an oiled back massage. She used a lot of palm and forearm with a good amount of pressure and checked in periodically if I was okay. About 20 minutes was this oil massage, followed by 10 minutes of hot rock which was quite a nice experience. It then went into 7ish minutes of leg massage, 7 minutes of the back of the arm massage, flipping me, then doing chest, legs, head and scalp, then ending with cracking my toes. All of this was a good experience. I would consider going to again.

see all reviewsI booked a massage on Classpass as it was advertised as a 60 minute massage, but when I went for my appointment, I was told by the massage specialist that their establishment only offers 50 minute massages. The 60 minute massage listed on Classpass is a mistake but neither Classpass customer nor Mon Siam management are taking responsibility for the discrepancy. Somebody needs to be accountable for this misprint and discrepancy so that customers receive accurate information about the services they are paying for.
