    I was impressed by everything! The studio is super clean and the staff is so welcoming! I arrived early and was given a tour of the space and helped set up my bike. After class the instructor checked in on me to get my thoughts. As I walked out the studio I already had analytics about my bike performance emailed directly to me!

    The first time I have ever stepped into a kickboxing class and it was difficult but manageable and still fun. The instructor and assistant tried to give me extra instruction when possible which helped. If you are a newbie and curious, totally worth giving it a try.

    I came in for a weekend warriors class which my first hiit class in over a year. Even though it was a group class, Stephen gave me personalized advice and adjusted my workout towards the end of the session to adapt to my physical condition.     I had a great first session with Roger. He was keeping an eye on my circuit and giving me tips on improving form wherever necessary. He motivated me to push myself but also realized when I needed a pause, and never stopped motivating me. I’ll be coming back for more classes!
