see all reviewsit's a shorter class than I'm used to but it still kicked my butt!! They utilized ankle weights throughout but they're of course optional. I was at first put off that the instructor didn't encourage hard counts but by the end enjoyed that she gave people flexibility to go at their own pace. Hope I can attend more types of classes!
